The Maiji District Health Bureau organized the annual performance evaluation of the basic public health service project in 2023
In order to fully grasp the implementation of the national basic public health service project in 2023, in mid-December, the Maiji District Health Bureau dispatched personnel from bureau agencies and district-level public health project professional guidance institutions to conduct year-end performance evaluation of 49 grassroots medical institutions undertaking projects in the district in three groups under the leadership of the members of the bureau team.
The performance evaluation adopts on-site access to data, random sampling, system checking, telephone return visits, household verification, exchange interviews and on-site feedback, combined with the completion of quantitative indicators, focusing on project organization and management, health education, chronic disease medical and prevention integration, fund management, health records, 0-6 years old children and maternal health management, four chronic disease health management, family doctor contracting, elderly health management, health and family planning supervision and co-management, traditional Chinese medicine health management, The implementation of vaccination and public health emergency handling, the authenticity and standardization of services, and the awareness and satisfaction rate of residents with basic public health services were evaluated. At the end of the day, the assessment team gave centralized on-site feedback and assignment to the outstanding problems in the evaluation process, and put forward clear requirements for rectification work.
Through the evaluation, the implementation of the project was fully grasped, which provided scientific guidance and basis for promoting the planning and overall arrangement of the national basic public health service project in 2024.
