Secondly, under the guidance of the Party Working Committee of the street, the Fucheng Street Grid Management Center adheres to the strategy of large-scale military training and competition, and encourages grid members to continue to learn and progress by organizing all staff to learn, train and compete in martial arts. In the 2022 and 2023 business skills competitions of grid members, grid members Liang Yufang and Mo Guangyou stood out with their excellent business ability and communication skills, showing the professionalism of grid members. This way of promoting work by learning and learning by doing has effectively promoted the overall improvement of the business ability of grid personnel.

It is worth mentioning that at the commendation meeting for righteousness and courage held in Shenzhen in March 2023, 6 community grid members of Fucheng Street were commended for their courage in rescuing the people who were attacked.
