The cold wind brings coolness, and the covenant of the soul warms people's hearts. In order to help students consolidate and improve their inner positive psychological quality, recognize their unknown selves, relieve the psychological pressure caused by negative emotions, and learn to communicate and dialogue with the subconscious, on the afternoon of December 8, the first youth mental health education lecture in Shenzhen, sponsored by the Shenzhen Municipal Care Office, undertaken by Shenzhen News Network, and co-organized by Yuanling Street, Futian District, Shenzhen, entered our campus.
In this event, Ji Zhe, a graduate student of psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and a national second-level psychological counselor, was specially invited to give a lecture on the theme of "Exploring Yourself - OH Card Spiritual Art Healing" to the students of Class 4 (4).
Part 1 Introduction to OH Cards
The OH card, also known as the subliminal projection card, is a wonderful mental projection tool, which can also be said to be the mirror of the mind. With the help of this mirror, people can better see themselves and organize their subconscious, which is a mental storehouse, to help express emotions and thoughts, discover latent needs and behavior patterns, trigger and stimulate imagination and creativity, and explore ways to solve problems.
Part 2 My OH Card Spiritual Journey
At the beginning of the activity, Mr. Ji briefly introduced the psychological principles, usage methods, steps and rules of OH cards to the students. Through activities such as flipping, touching, and asking questions, students are initially familiar with OH cards.
Subsequently, in the part of knowing the OH card - who am I, the teacher asked everyone to choose a card to represent themselves, and introduced themselves according to the card, so that everyone could initially feel the magic of the OH card.
Then the teacher asked everyone to randomly draw three more cards, and led the students to use the three cards to meet their inner selves. Each student used the OH card drawn to interpret themselves in my eyes, in the eyes of others, and in the eyes of themselves.
"The first card I drew was a starry sky and I thought I was shining like a star, the second card had a rainbow on it, and I was seen as lively and cheerful by others, and the third card was a few students in a classroom where I would become a teacher in the future. Jiang happily shared.
This is followed by the interesting OH card story solitaire. Each student draws a picture card, and according to the cards they draw, create a story, make up a story with scenes, characters, plots, and themes, and require the story to be integral; While listening, the students also had a wonderful journey of self-exploration.

Finally, the students shared their feelings and gains from today's experience. Many students said that the wonderful OH card helped them re-understand themselves, learn to express their hearts, and achieve spiritual growth.
Class 4 (4) Liao Peiran said, "I think this psychology lecture class is very interesting, it is different from the psychology class I have taken before, I came into contact with the OH card for the first time in class, and through this card it makes the psychology class more interesting. By attending this psychology lecture, I will look at the problem from a more optimistic perspective in the future. ”
Mr. Wang Fangtong, the teacher of Class 4, also expressed a high degree of affirmation and recognition for this activity. She believes that the children are very active in this mental health talk, and in such a relaxed atmosphere, they can express their true thoughts. In addition, through the guidance of the teacher, children can realize that it is normal to have some psychological confusion, and under such a cognition, they can learn to ask for help from the people around them, and when they have difficulties, they will also learn some ways and methods to solve or solve their psychological problems in such lectures.
This OH Card Spiritual Art Healing Lecture provides a safe and non-judgmental environment for the students participating in the experience, which effectively helps students improve their self-awareness, enhance their communication and sharing skills, and support the spiritual growth of students. Our school will continue to carry out such psychological counseling activities according to the actual needs of students to escort the healthy growth of students' souls.
