Although Liu Yong himself is incorruptible, there are often bad deeds of corruption among his subordinates, he knows that it is inappropriate, and he no longer interferes, and the former "Liu Qingtian" has completely degenerated into a talented and immoral official.

Although the Qing court gave him high praise, in fact, in order to promote himself to the rank of official, he made a big effort to get into prison, and he was not reused and then lived a mediocre life, and he did not do as much practical things as He Kun for half of his life in the lawsuit.
The so-called good official does not depend on how talented you are or how many books you have written, but what practical things you have really done for the people! Having talent but not virtue is an inferior product, and it is appropriate to use it on him.
