Wuhua Science and Technology Industrial Park was established in August 2008 and is one of the provincial key industrial parks designated by the provincial government in 2012. As the main position for the development of digital economy in Wuhua District, Yunnan Wuhua Industrial Park has established a digital economy industrial development pattern of building the Northwest New City Area - Digital Economy Incubation Area, Heyeshan Area - Digital Industry Bearing Area, West Area - Digital Industrialization Gathering Area, and Hongyun Area - Industrial Digital Application Area around the industrial layout of "one park and four areas" of Wuhua Digital Economy in terms of spatial planning. Through the integration of the innovation resources of the government, industry, academia, research and enterprises in the park, focusing on cultivating a number of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises and high-tech enterprises with strong innovation ability and good growth, vigorously supporting big data enterprises to carry out technology research and development and innovation projects, and actively guiding big data enterprises to create representative application scenarios It was selected into the list of 2022 big data industry pilot demonstration projects announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China. The project of "Construction of Big Data Industry Service Platform for Plateau Characteristic Agricultural Products Based on Digital Twins" implemented by Kunming Escher Technology Co., Ltd., an enterprise in the park, and the "Qingcai Smart Education Cloud Platform" project implemented by Yunnan Qingcai Information Technology Co., Ltd. were selected as the pilot demonstration projects for the development of big data industry in Yunnan Province in 2022.
