On December 18, Nezha Automobile announced today that it had developed the world's largest 20,000+ tons of die-casting equipment, known as "refreshing the industry record".

On December 15, Nezha Automobile signed a strategic cooperation agreement with LK Group. According to the agreement, Nezha Automobile and LK Group will jointly develop the world's largest 20,000+ tons of die-casting equipment, which will surpass the 12,000-ton die-casting machine used by Xpeng, the 9,000-ton die-casting machine used by Tesla and Wenjie, and the 7,200-ton die-casting machine used by Zeekrypton, so as to realize integrated die-casting in larger-size fields such as B-class vehicle chassis manufacturing.

At the same time, Nezha Automobile also purchased a number of large-scale intelligent die-casting equipment from LK Group. In addition, the two sides will jointly establish a die-casting demonstration manufacturing base in Anhui, set up a die-casting research institute, build a leading die-casting research institute integrating production, learning and research, and are committed to cultivating high-end design talents in the fields of die-casting R&D, technology and tooling for the industry and society.

IT Home inquired and learned that LK Group is the world's leading die-casting machine manufacturer, and the official claim is "50%+ domestic market share". In 2022, LK Group launched the world's first 12,000-ton ultra-large intelligent die-casting unit, and in October 2023, LK Group launched the world's first 16,000-ton ultra-large intelligent die-casting unit.
