Bohai Bank (09668): Yuanwei was appointed as a member of the Audit and Consumer Rights Protection Committee of the Board of Directors

Bohai Bank (09668) announced that Ye Baishou resigned as a member of the Audit committee of the board of directors and consumer rights protection committee due to work needs, and Yuanwei was appointed as a member of the board audit and consumer rights protection committee, effective from August 27, 2021.

The Board hereby announces that, in order to further strengthen the Board's leadership and supervision over the formulation and implementation of the Bank's green finance strategy and the development of green finance business, the Risk Management Committee of the Board of Directors has been incorporated into the relevant functions of the Board of Directors in the strategic management of green finance and renamed the Board Risk Management and Green Finance Committee with effect from 27 August 2021.
