Shenyang: Departments continue to increase investment in police forces
From the evening of December 14, Shenyang, Liaoning Province once again ushered in a large area of snowfall. In the work, the Traffic Police Bureau of the Shenyang Municipal Public Security Bureau quickly launched the road traffic control plan for snowy days, and made every effort to ensure road traffic safety through measures such as detailed service deployment, high-frequency patrol control, and strengthened traffic diversion. In view of the morning rush hour of traffic on December 15, the traffic police department took up their posts at 6 o'clock and adhered to the front-line on-site command and guidance on the road. During this period, a total of more than 2,000 police officers were dispatched to ensure the smooth and orderly traffic of the city.
At 5:48 on December 15, the Jihong Police Station of the Tiexi Branch of the Shenyang Municipal Public Security Bureau received a report from the public that a driver was trapped in the snow and was in urgent need of rescue. After receiving the police, the 110 police of the Jihong Police Station found the informant as soon as possible, quickly cleared the snow around the vehicle and pushed the car out of the trapped location with bare hands to help the trapped vehicle and the driver get out of trouble.
In order to do a good job in the prevention and control of social patrols in snowfall weather, and to protect the masses to the greatest extent, the Shenyang Municipal Public Security Bureau continues to increase police investment, scientifically optimize the service mode, and take stations, parks, scenic spots, commercial centers, and intersections with large traffic and people flow as important patrol control points, organize patrol police forces to take up posts in advance, increase the frequency of vehicle patrols and foot patrols, and extend patrol hours, and deal with all kinds of police requests in a timely manner.
