"Far Away Love" is an urban fashion love DRAMA directed by Zhu Shimao and starring Park Hae-jin, Wang Jiajia, Li Fei'er and Liu Yuxin. The drama mainly tells the story of Shen An, who originally no longer believes in love, finally ushered in a distant love after encountering Meng Chuxia, but at the same time unveiled another shocking past.
The drama is Zhu Shimao's first TV drama work. Every outfit of Park Hae-jin in the play is tailor-made by the crew in South Korea. In a scene where she argues with Jeong Pei Pei, who plays her mother, because Park Hae-jin sees Jung Pei Pei thinking of her mother, she shoots several degrees of NG. Because the height gap between Li Fei'er and Park Hae-jin is a bit large, she had to tiptoe when filming the intimate scene, and Park Hae-jin had to squat slightly to complete it.
In order to play the role of James in the play, Zhang Jingdong designed a lot of details for himself, such as walking with his legs between his legs and talking with some girlishness. When the play was filmed, most of the costumes were prepared by the actors themselves, and the equipment and luxury cars of the crew were borrowed by the producer Wu Yahui from friends. The creative inspiration of the play originated from the singer's song of the same name, and the concept of "the heart that wants to love is looking, no matter how far away, with a painful heart, waiting for the love that was once far away" is in line with the current urban young men and women's pursuit of love.
General director Zhu Shimao was touched by the love story of the male and female protagonists and recalled the shadow of himself and his wife; at the same time, influenced by the real events around him, he had the idea of filming this drama, and used this to inspire young people to let go and chase their own love.
