Now that the Baokang Municipal Supervision Bureau has fined and confiscated the illegal gains, the Yuhua District Municipal Supervision Bureau cannot repeat the punishment.
It is worth noting that the case was filed on July 22, 2021, while the Yuhua District People's Court of Shijiazhuang City made a ruling on seizure on July 20.

4. Falsification of key evidence in this case: At the hearing, the Yuhua District Municipal Supervision Bureau presented evidence collected by Shanxi Zhengnuo Technology Co., Ltd.
