However, the Red Star Capital Bureau found that Zhang Ting had made a comeback with her TST court secrets.

In January this year, the official account "Ting Meili Academy" was officially registered, and later passed the enterprise certification, and the main body of the certification was "Shanghai Makeup Pavilion Trading Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "Makeup Garden"), which also operated the video account of "Ting Beauty Academy".

As the main body of the Ting Meili Academy, the Tianyancha APP shows that the major shareholder of the company is Shanghai Shengji Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Zhang Shuqin (i.e., Zhang Ting) is its legal representative, executive director and beneficial owner.

According to the disclosure of Ting Mei Mei Academy, the cruise activities of Ting Mei Mei International Business School officially opened, with the first stop in Shanghai (February 27-February 28), the second stop in Chengdu (March 21-March 22), and then to Shenzhen, Vietnam, Xinjiang and Guangzhou and other places to carry out activities.

The reason why TST Court Secret has been caught in the pyramid scheme turmoil in the past is because its membership card is divided into multiple tiers.

Earlier, the Red Star Capital Bureau had downloaded the TST Court Secret APP, which has an institutional course system in the APP. According to the page, TST Secret membership cards are divided into temporary cards, blue cards, and red cards.

An agent who was once a secret of the TST court previously told the Red Star Capital Bureau that temporary card members can only buy things, and blue card members are equivalent to ordinary agents, and red card members can open cards for others, recruit agents and get team bonuses. On top of the red card, there are also levels such as the original shareholder (also known as the founder of the company) and the head of the region.

On March 23, Red Star Capital downloaded the TST members-only APP, but was unable to log in and view any content in the APP without being a member.

In addition, the Red Star Capital Bureau consulted the TST court confidentially as an intended agent, and the contact person was more cautious, asking the reporter to submit information such as name, phone number and location, saying that a special person would contact him one week after registration.

The person who contacted from another channel said that at present, the members of the Ting Secret Mall (i.e., TST Secret Members) can be opened without threshold and requirements, and do not need to pay fees. When the reporter asked how to make money after there was no membership system such as red and blue cards (red card members used to make money by opening cards for others), the contact person said "I don't know" and suggested that the reporter consult after opening.

In December 2021, the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Yuhua District, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, stated in a "Reply to the Verification Letter" that Dalwei Company was suspected of using the Internet to engage in pyramid marketing activities, and it had opened a case for investigation. The incident has aroused widespread public attention.

In April 2022, the Red Star Capital Bureau learned from authoritative sources that 96 properties under the secret name of the TST court had been seized due to suspicion of pyramid schemes.

In November 2022, a hearing on the alleged pyramid scheme case of "TST Court Secrets" was held in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province.

In July 2023, the Yuhua District People's Court of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, unsealed the 96 suites that were previously sealed. Because the relevant report has been withdrawn, the court no longer has the conditions to continue to implement preservation measures on the suspected online pyramid marketing assets in this case.
