As long as you understand a little bit of the small parameter that presses the second timing, reading and writing can easily break through more than 100G, and the delay can be reduced to less than 60ns, and it is easy to pass the oven test without adding voltage
At the moment when the 1.35V oven is completed in nearly 20 minutes, the memory temperature of the sealed box is about 56 degrees, leaving a certain margin for the graphics card to heat.
Then increase the frequency to 7200MHz, the timing voltage [1.35V] remains unchanged, at this time the read and write copy performance increases a lot, but the delay does not change
The frequency mentioned 7400MHz, and the 1.35V under this board had to be measured to put the timing from C34 to C36, and the efficiency continued to improve and the latency decreased
But this is not the limit of its two, if you are willing to spend time adjusting, 7600C36, 7800C38 and even 8000C40 can be achieved on the B760, but to achieve high-frequency stability on the B760 motherboard, it takes a very high degree of patience and luck
4-slot Z790 here first test 14700K, with ROG Z790 DARK HERO, XMP will be i5 performance by default,
After enabling ASUS memory enhancement, that is, without having to do it yourself, the performance of the XMP6800 is as follows, the read and write copy performance is greatly improved compared with the default, and the latency can be reduced to 65ns
Unfortunately, on the 14700K U, the frequency that can pass the stress test is still only 7200MHz, I can only wait for the BIOS update, I turned on the new DIMM FLEX function of the motherboard, the memory performance and latency at this time are better than the old HERO super to 7600MHz by default.
Switch to 13700K+ROG Z790 HERO, which can stabilize the overtest frequency to 7600MHz
It's just that in the case of maintaining the 1.35V voltage unchanged, the first timing of C34 to relax to C36 will be easier to overtest, if your motherboard and imc are stronger, you can also maintain the same 6800 timing as me, press the small parameters, and reduce the delay to about 57ns, at this time the efficiency is already stronger than the 7800 C36 default,
The next is to impact the high frequency above 7800, now generally need to increase the fan to blow the memory to be stable, in order to reduce the motherboard bottleneck, here the motherboard replaced with the old Z790 APEX, 1.35V under 7800C36 overtest is very easy, and in the case of small parameters are tighter, the performance and delay will be higher than the 7600 time, and the delay has dropped to about 51ns
Well... The art of banknote ability, compared to XMP's 6800, this 1000MHz overclocking amplitude is actually very playable, but it is not excluded that it is the addition of the overclocking motherboard, we continue to probe, in the case of maintaining the voltage of 1.35V, the 8000 frequency wants to overtest, you need to relax the first timing to C38-48-128, at this time, although the read and write bandwidth has increased, but because of the timing relaxation, the delay has increased slightly

Although at 1.35V can open 8200C40 into the system to run the test, but to pass the TM5 stress test, you have to slightly add the voltage to 1.4V, and then put the timing to 40-48-128, but this voltage is already very low compared to Adie, at this time the read and write performance further rises, and the memory latency also drops to about 51ns
But Mdie's current limit frequency is not as good as Adie's, and it is also a little unpressurized, but the rush still has to rush, see how much more this pair of Guangwei can squeeze, 8400C42, delay 50ns, but unfortunately still can't pass the pressure test
1.4V 8600C40！ Read and write performance exceeds 130GB/s! The delay is also 50ns, I don't know if it's an IMC bottleneck or memory, the frequency can't continue to soar, but this high frequency is definitely not able to be used daily, if there is, it must be the handwriting of the god
