1. Seat bump peristalsis durability test: the bump test motor runs at 100 cycles per minute, the dynamic peristaltic motor runs at 4 cycles per minute, and the prosthetic hips are repeated 20,000 cycles for the front seats and 10,000 cycles for the rear seats in the area of 21° on the left and right of the cantilever centerline. There is no wear and wrinkling of the seat cushion cover, no abnormal noise in the seat, no fracture of seat springs and stitching, no detachment of the retaining hook of the cover, and damage to the cover.
2. Seat introduction and derivation durability test: enter the seat according to the dummy at an angle of 45° to the center line of the car, load 75 kg force on the seat, rotate the dummy forward 90° in the horizontal plane, rotate the dummy back 90° in the horizontal plane in the direction of lateral support, remove the dummy from the seat, and repeat 15,000 times at a speed of 3 cycles per minute. After testing, the H-point of the SkyFan F7 Bach seat changed within tolerance, and when the outer cover of the seat was removed, there were no damaged parts inside.
