A few days ago, the reporter walked into the Shaanxi Agricultural Products Processing Trade Demonstration Park to understand the progress of the construction project of Shengquan Dairy's 20,000-ton formula goat milk powder production line per year.
Shaanxi Shengquan Dairy has an annual output of 20,000 tons of formula goat milk powder production line project, with a total investment of 250 million yuan, which was completed and put into use in June 2023. The project has entered the trial production stage by building a comprehensive production workshop, R&D and design center, product inspection center, auxiliary material transfer warehouse, reagent warehouse, and supporting office services, greening and other public and basic supporting facilities.
The project adopts advanced dehydration process and a series of process technologies such as purification, pasteurization and spray drying of raw milk that are more mature in the goat milk industry, so as to achieve energy saving, water and material saving while ensuring product quality. After being put into operation, it can process 500 tons of fresh goat milk per day and produce 20,000 tons of formula goat milk powder per year. The main products include formulated sheep milk powder, low-temperature liquid sheep dairy products, special medical sheep dairy products, etc.
It is understood that the company has carried out strategic cooperation with Northwest A&F University to build a "dairy sheep breeding business model and farmer benefit sharing mechanism based on large-scale breeding, professional villages as the carrier, family ranching", promote the transformation of scientific research achievements, and create a model enterprise of modern sheep milk processing industry chain. Since its establishment, the company has built 10 standardized dairy goat breeding farms through self-built pastures and cooperation with farmer cooperatives, driving farmers to breed about 10,000 dairy goats.
Shi Yihua, general manager of Shaanxi Shengquan Dairy Technology Co., Ltd., said that at present, the company's large-scale breeding bases for dairy goats are located around Yangling, which greatly shortens the transportation time of fresh goat milk and ensures the quality of fresh goat milk. Yangling's superior business environment provides policy support for enterprises, and the scientific research achievements of experts and professors of Northwest A&F University provide scientific research and technical support for the company. In the next step, the company will adhere to the values of "milk is character, quality is life" and the enterprise spirit of "integrity, responsibility, quality, focus", provide the public with nutritional, healthy, high-end quality and good milk, and strive to make Shengquan goat milk famous at home and abroad, and go to the big market.
