In response to this situation, Zhengzhou EMU Depot organized EMU mechanics in relevant positions to increase the inspection and cleaning of key parts such as EMU skirts, air conditioning systems, main transformers, and fire protection facilities in the car, and strictly controlled key operations such as steel mesh cleaning, main transformer cleaning, non-woven filter disassembly and replacement, and comprehensively improved the quality status of the EMU heat dissipation system.
In view of the risk brought by the flying factor to the EMU operation control, the EMU on-board mechanic focuses on strengthening the inspection and inspection of the driver's cab, power distribution cabinet, mechanic's room, smoke alarm device, fire alarm parts of the dining car distribution cabinet and other parts, grasps the online operation dynamics of the EMU in real time, pays close attention to the external environment along the duty section, finds air conditioning failures, smoke alarms and other emergencies, immediately starts emergency response, quickly identifies the cause of the problem, and properly does the follow-up disposal work to ensure the safety of the EMU and passengers.
In order to ensure good air quality in train carriages, the Zhengzhou depot also organized inspectors to increase efforts to renovate and clean the air conditioning filters and ventilation systems of ordinary speed trains.
