The author of this article participated in the hiking and mountaineering activity of the Archaeopteryx Shangri-La Mountain Class, and carried out 8 hours of hiking and climbing in the plateau area at an altitude of more than 3,000 meters, climbing a total of 800 meters. Despite the abundance of oxygen, people arriving at high altitudes for the first time need to adapt to the process, keep their own rhythm and not stop and go. The author later adjusted his rhythm, increased his breathing rate, and eventually succeeded in reaching the summit and gradually acclimatizing to the high altitude environment.
