It is expected that from August 20 to 22, there will be a large-scale rainfall process from west to east in the central and eastern parts of the mainland, with moderate to heavy rain in northern China and heavy rainfall in northeast China. Affected by this, some rivers in the Songhua River and Haihe River basins will have a water rise process, flood control pressure will still be large, and some farmland in Heilongjiang and Jilin will have a high meteorological risk of waterlogging. It is recommended that North China and Northeast China continue to strengthen flood prevention and flood relief work, strengthen river embankment inspections, and pay attention to preventing strong convective weather hazards such as thunderstorms, strong winds, hail, etc. In addition, there is heavy rainfall in southern Shaanxi, Sichuan Basin and other places, and it is recommended to do a good job of prevention of secondary disasters caused by heavy rainfall.

Songliao River Basin surface rainfall forecast: from the 20th to the 22nd, most of the Songliao River Basin has 5~15 mm of rainfall, the middle and lower reaches of the Nenjiang River, the Lalin River and the Hulan River of the Songhua River, and the lower reaches of the Liao River are 20~28 mm, and the Songhua River is 28~33 mm above Songhua Lake.
Haihe River Basin surface rainfall forecast: From the 20th to the 22nd, the northern and eastern parts of the Haihe River Basin will have rainfall of more than 10 mm, of which the surface rainfall of Yongding River, the upper reaches of Chaobai River, the lower reaches of Chaobai River and the North Canal, Jixian Canal, Haihe River main stream and other sub-basins is 13~28 mm.
Meteorological experts remind that at present, the soil water content in North China and Northeast China is saturated, and some rivers in the Songliao and Haihe River basins continue to operate at high water levels. Affected by the new round of rainfall process, there are still risks of floods, flash floods and geological disasters in the above-mentioned areas, and it is recommended that all localities closely monitor changes in rain, water and flood conditions, strengthen patrols and inspections of weak embankments and key embankments, and continue to do a good job in flood prevention and flood relief.
