Yang Juan (Juanzi), a national first-class artist, a member of the China Artists Association, a member of the China International Calligraphy and Painting Research Society, a professor of Hebei Oriental College, a visiting professor of the Department of Oriental Art of Nankai University, and a special painter of Beijing Rongbaozhai. He graduated from the Department of Fine Arts of Henan University, the Department of Chinese of Henan Institute of Education, and the School of Fine Arts of Capital Normal University.

Academic papers such as "Reform and Construction of Chinese Art Teaching", "Art Quality Education in the New Century", "Freehand Spirit is the Soul of Art", "The Formation of Freehand Thinking and Concept of Chinese Painting", "Discussion on the Spirit of Chinese Painting Freehand", etc., have won awards at the national and provincial levels and have been published in national journals such as "Art Observation", "Grand View of Fine Arts", "Teaching Review" and so on; four teaching books for art majors and "Yang Juan Painting Collection", "Yang Juan SketchIng Works Collection", "Trickle Ink Characters", "Ink Traces", "Chinese Famous Artists - Yang Juan" and so on. In 2008, he participated in the large-scale cultural activities of "Ode to Peace - Space Flight Art Tour" held by the Ministry of Culture, went to Southeast Asia to sketch and collect styles, and the work "Eyes" carried the "Shenzhou No. 7" spacecraft to travel to space; many works participated in domestic and foreign art exhibitions and partially won awards and collections.
