Michael Jeffrey Jordan (born February 17, 1963) is an African-American former men's basketball player. Jordan spent his professional basketball career in the NBA, including 13 years with the Chicago Bulls, and spent the last two seasons with the Washington Wizards, returning after retiring twice.

In June 2023, Jordan sold the Hornets, officially ending 13 years as team owner.
