Hollywood holds the largest strike in history! Famous movie stars Meryl Streep, Jennifer Lawrence and Bob Odenkirk took the lead.

The Screen Actors Guild and the United Broadcast Artists Union announced that their negotiations with the production company had broken down and they went on strike starting July 13. It was Hollywood's first joint general strike in 63 years.

During the strike, members of the Screen Actors Guild will not shoot any movies or TV series, attend any media or film premieres.
