He comes from a great family surrounded by wonderful people. Coach Hamm also mentioned that LeBron is unique in his care of his own intake, including nutritional intake, sleep habits, regimens, everything he does before and after training, and recovery processes.
Although some people think James is not jumping as high as he used to be, he still maintains a very high level of competition. Some people think he replicates the good balls of the past, but that doesn't affect his performance on the pitch. Coach Hamm even said that LeBron could play until he was 50 if anyone could do it.
