The third is to strengthen the informatization construction of "smart courts", learn from the advanced experience and practices of Zhejiang and other places against the benchmark, dare to plan beyond the time limit, and further improve the level of informatization construction;
The fourth is to strengthen cultural construction, learn from the "Fengqiao experience" practice, combine the cultural functions of the courtroom in the new era and its own characteristics, and create a court culture with the characteristics of "clear and distinct";
Fifth, it is necessary to strengthen the construction and training of courtroom talents, actively build libraries, cultural salons and other platforms, unite people's hearts, strengthen the common spiritual pursuit of judges, and build a high-quality cadre and police force.
