According to Qatar News Agency, Qatar Tourism Authority and Qatar Airways Group said that under the positive and direct impact of the successful hosting of the 2022 Qatar World Cup, Qatar has become one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Middle East. In the first half of 2023 alone, Qatar welcomed a record 1.5 million visitors.
