Many people travel to North Korea from Dandong Railway Station, but for tourists, if they want to go to Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea, there is no direct train from Dandong, and they need to transfer in Sinuiju, North Korea. Unexpectedly, it is precisely because you can transfer trains, but it has become the reason why a large number of tourists choose Dandong Railway Station to depart. Probably because tourists don't want to miss the experience of transferring trains in North Korea, we have a two-hour transfer time in Sinuiju, where visitors can take pictures, buy things, and even walk around in a few carriages.
When changing trains in Sinuiju, I came across a group of slender North Korean beautiful train conductors, and looking at their faces, they were simple and pure faces. At that time, the beautiful train conductors were all dressed in dark train uniforms, which set off their fair bodies. The train distance from Sinuiju to Pyongyang is more than 240 kilometers, and at the speed of our national high-speed rail, it may take an hour to reach the destination.
But because this is North Korea, coupled with the North Korean green train, the average speed is only more than 30 kilometers per hour, and finally we took more than 6 hours to reach the capital Pyongyang. It may be very difficult for young people to bump on the train for more than 6 hours, but for elderly tourists, the slow train journey is just right.
We have seen a lot of things that North Koreans may not want to show tourists, such as the poverty of rural North Korea, looking out the window, North Korean farmers ploughing the fields, but even a matter of pulling weeds requires manpower to complete. This is going to be done on pesticides in our country, because the use of pesticides is efficient. The North Korean peasant houses in the distance are also tile houses, and each residence is built on the mountains and hills of North Korea, because for North Korean farmers, land resources on flat land are too scarce.
Even though the Korean Peninsula is located here, North Korea's arable land is not enough to feed the North Koreans, so in addition to importing grain, North Korea also cultivates some wasteland and mountains every year. And along the railway from Sinuiju to Pyongyang, we also see rice fields, but because the vast majority of North Korea's agriculture depends on the sky to eat, relying on manpower to solve the problem of land nutrients, so North Korea's grain mu yield is only 300 jin on average, such a figure for North Korea, it is very difficult to feed the people of the whole country by agriculture, it can only be said that North Korea's agriculture still has a long way to go.
