Due to his age, Mr. Li Honghai 600871.SH ("Mr. Li") submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors of the Company on August 3, 2021, resigning as the secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company, effective From August 3, 2021. After this resignation, Mr. Li will continue to serve as a senior expert of Sinopec Inc. in the field of capital operation in the company.
On August 3, 2021, the Company held the fourth meeting of the 10th Board of Directors in the form of a written proposal. After deliberation, the Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Mr. Cheng Zhongyi ("Mr. Cheng") as the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company for a term of office from 3 August 2021 to the expiration date of the 10th Term of the Board of Directors.
