Huang Wu, former vice president of the Zhejiang Academy of Work Safety Sciences, was double-dismissed: leaking inspection matters

According to the Zhejiang Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, in June 2019, according to the clues of relevant problems, the discipline inspection and supervision team of the Zhejiang Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and the Provincial Economic and Information Department conducted a disciplinary review of Huang Wu, former vice president of the Zhejiang Provincial Academy of Work Safety Sciences, and the Zhejiang Provincial Supervision Commission and the Jiaxing Municipal Supervision Commission designated jurisdiction, and the Haining Municipal Supervision Commission supervised and investigated them.

After investigation, Huang Wu violated work discipline and leaked inspection matters; violated the discipline of honest practice and accepted valuables from business counterparts. Taking advantage of one's position to accept money or property from others and to seek benefits for others.

As a party member and a state public official, Huang Wu lost his ideals and convictions, failed to abide by the bottom line of discipline and law, seriously violated party discipline, constituted a violation of the law in his post, and was suspected of accepting bribes. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant provisions, upon approval, the party committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Emergency Management Department and the discipline inspection and supervision group of the Zhejiang Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and the Provincial Supervision Commission stationed in the Provincial Economic and Information Department have decided to give Huang Wu the punishment of expulsion from the party and dismissal from public office; and confiscate Huang Wu's gains from violating discipline and law. The Haining Municipal Supervision Commission will transfer Huang Wu's suspected crimes to the procuratorial organs for review and prosecution in accordance with law, and the assets involved will be transferred with the case.

Huang Wu, male, Han ethnicity, born in September 1970, Lanxi, Zhejiang, began his career in August 1992, joined the Communist Party of China in May 2016.

In February 2006, he was appointed as the assistant to the chief of the testing and inspection section of the Zhejiang Provincial Safety Production Publicity and Education Center (Zhejiang Occupational Safety Technology Testing and Inspection Center).

In December 2007, he was appointed as the deputy director of the testing and inspection office of Zhejiang Institute of Work Safety Science (renamed Zhejiang Academy of Work Safety Science in July 2011).

In April 2012, he was appointed as the director of the first office of testing and inspection of Zhejiang Academy of Safety Production Science

In June 2015, he was appointed as the deputy director of Zhejiang Occupational Disease Hazard Prevention Center and the vice president of Zhejiang Academy of Safety Production Science

In October 2018, he was appointed as the vice president of Zhejiang Academy of Work Safety Science

In June 2019, he was subject to disciplinary review and supervision and investigation

In August 2019, he was expelled from the party and dismissed from public office
