On December 1, 2021, a sizable trade in photographic art broke the market envelope during the COVID-19 era. Despite the intent agreement, the total order price of 1.2 million yuan is a rare star for photographic art. This photographic artist from Guilin City, Guangxi Province, is an amateur photographer engaged in higher medical education, named Xiongzheng.

Xiong Zheng began to study photography in 1998, obtained the National Senior Photographer Qualification Certificate, carried a side-axis camera to capture the traces of human activities for more than 20 years, and was shortlisted for international photography touring exhibitions in Austria, England and Germany, and his street photography works reflect the meaning of being a photographer. From the contracted photographers of Xinhua News Agency, China News Service and Visual China to the founders of outstanding photography brands, Xiongzheng's views on the world's photographic art genres have both unique perspectives and universal influence.

Xiongzheng's street photography works have two distinct characteristics, one is documentary and the other is artistic. Unlike Bresson's "decisive moment" and the "indiscriminate record" of Moriyama Avenue, Xiongzheng's street photography is more like Eugene Ajet's "pure street". Eugene Ajet (1857-1927) was a French master of street photography, whose works were not only displayed as works of art in art galleries and halls, but also collected by painters as creative materials and decorative works. Coincidentally, Xiongzheng's street photography coincides with Eugene Ajet's, which not only has the documentary value of photography in thought, but also has aesthetic artistic value in vision, and the three-dimensional composition, plane composition and color composition presented by the picture all reflect Xiongzheng's unique aesthetic thinking.

The main shooting area of Xiongzheng, Guilin, Guangxi, is not only an international tourist city with a global reputation, but also a national historical and cultural city and an ecological landscape city. The beautiful natural scenery and profound historical and cultural heritage have become the soil for the vigorous growth of Xiongzheng photography aesthetic ideas, and the broad horizon brought about by cross-border and the philosophical thinking bred after the radical debate of ideas make Xiongzheng's photographic works not only have unique aesthetic value, but also reflect the concern for people and society, which is different from other landscape photographers. As a representative inheritor of pure street photography, Xiongzheng shows the "traces of human activities" in guilin, while also reflecting Xiongzheng's deep affection for this hot land.

At present, the main markets for Xiongzheng's pure street photography works are Multicultural Gathering Places such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, as well as overseas Chinese. The famous streets of famous cities full of humanistic atmosphere and the aesthetic taste of philosophical thinking in Xiongzheng's photographic works satisfy their pursuit of pure art.
