I was hearing a crowd brawl when I saw the child in the dock. He was thin and weak, and there was a hint of stubbornness and a hint of horror in his eyes. After the trial, his mother pulled me in tears and said sorry in her mouth.
After talking with the mother, it was learned that when Liu was 4 years old, she and the child's father divorced, and then she married away from home, and the father remarried and threw the child to his grandmother. The estrangement of his parents has traumatized Liu's young heart, so that he has gone farther and farther down the road of breaking the law and committing crimes. At that time, I had just become a mother, and I knew what kind of existence parents were for their children, and at that moment I seemed to see Liu Mou's eyes that longed for parental love, and the kind of rebellion that came out of his bones was not a kind of venting for the long-term resentment in his heart? At that moment, my colleagues and I felt a little sour. In fact, there are many single-parent families and left-behind children like Xiao Liu around us, they lack the warmth of the family, they are eager for attention, they need care, and this alone is far from enough, we need a force to unite the power of the school, the family, the court, and the society, and we are willing to become this line! After this case, we actively reflected to the court leaders, the leaders attached great importance to it, the colleagues of the whole court actively supported, and after countless times of planning and discussion, Yang Ting Studio was born.
Yang Ting's studio bears the responsibility for the construction of the rule of law on campus

The campus is the main place for young people to learn and grow, and it is also the main front for the rule of law publicity in Yang Ting's studio, which has carried out student classrooms, parent classes, moot court and other activities for many times after its establishment, and moot court is often the most anticipated. At each mock trial, students always raise their hands high and compete to become judges or prosecutors, and the role of the defendant is often snubbed. I am somewhat relieved by the children's choice, and through this small mock trial, the seeds of law have been sown in their hearts.
In the summer of 2018, I was still impressed by a theft case I tried. The defendant in the case, Zheng Mou, just turned 16 years old, was charged with stealing a mobile phone. When I first met the defendant, his clear and bright eyes shocked me, and the judge's sixth sense told me that there must be something hidden behind this. After I went to the school and visited my home, I learned that Zheng was an orphan since childhood, and was taken in by a grandfather who collected waste products, and since then the two have relied on each other for their lives, and later grandpa was found to be seriously ill, in order to save money for grandpa to treat diseases, he went to school to steal other people's mobile phones to sell money. In this case, we contacted the Psychological Counselors Association to intervene in counseling, and Zheng's injured heart was gradually smoothed out. After many efforts, Zheng returned to the campus again, and when I sent him back to school, he held my hand and thanked me, and his eyes were still clear and bright. This case was later adapted into a micro-film on legal popularization, and was awarded by the Supreme Court and the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission, and I often let my classmates watch this micro-film and tell them: the law has a temperature, but the bottom line of the law cannot be touched at any time.

After nearly 4 years of growth, the backbone members of Yangting Studio have been expanded to 5, a professional team composed of multiple departments to prevent juvenile delinquency and protect the legitimate rights and interests of juveniles has been established, and the number of juvenile delinquency in Chongzhou has dropped significantly, which makes me feel very pleased. After the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, Yang Ting Studio interacted with students and parents in the form of small speaker touring publicity vehicles, issuing proposals to deal with the epidemic, and carrying out rule of law education cloud classrooms according to the needs of epidemic prevention and control.
