It was announced that "Misunderstanding" will be performed in the second round of performances at the Damai Chao Theater in Beijing from July 17 to 18, and will start a national tour for the first time.

The play "Misunderstanding" is born out of a rather absurd story in Camus's famous work "The Outsider": a man who has been away from home for 25 years has made a fortune, and in order to surprise his family, he hides his name and lives in the inn opened by his mother and sister, but is killed by two people who covet his property. "Misunderstanding" is Camus's work written in 1944 and the third Camus work directed by Yang Ting.

In her interpretation of Camus's works, director Yang Ting has always tried to find the current characteristics of the classic text and give it a new spiritual connotation. This exploration also continued into the creation of "Misunderstanding".
