Pan-fried salmon with lemon

Ingredients: 1 peeled salmon, 1/4 lemon, salt, freshly ground black pepper, ingredients

Steps:

1. After washing the salmon, blot the water with a kitchen paper towel, sprinkle with salt on both sides, and grind some crushed black pepper; Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator (not freezer) to marinate.

2. Take 1/4 lemon, hang the yellow skin with a paring knife and finely chop.

3. After marinating for an afternoon, remove the salmon; Prepare the side dishes.

4. Cut a slice of lemon and take 1/4 lemon juice

5. No need to put oil in a non-stick pan, add salmon after the pan is hot, fry for 3-4 minutes on one side, turn over and fry for another 2-3 minutes. In the last 1 minute, pour in the crushed lemon, lemon juice and a pinch of rosemary.

Teriyaki salmon

Ingredients: sliced ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, teriyaki sauce (or 3 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of honey, 1 spoon of oil consumption, some starch with water), salmon

Steps:

1. Sprinkle the salmon with salt and black pepper and marinate for use.

2. Put the ginger slices and garlic slices in a large bowl, pour in the teriyaki juice and stir well.

3. Place the salmon in the bowl from step 2 so that the salmon is evenly coated with the sauce and marinate for at least another 20 minutes.

4. Heat the pan and pour in some oil. Place the fish skin side down in the pan.

5. When the skin is crispy, turn over and continue frying for 2 minutes. After that, pour the sauce of the marinated salmon into the pan.

6. Continue frying the salmon for 3-4 minutes until the flesh turns white. Tilt the pan and use a spoon to pour the sauce from the pan over the fish. If the sauce in the pan is too thick, add a little less water.

7. Place the fried fish on a plate and drizzle with the remaining sauce.

Lemon black pepper salmon

Ingredients: Black pepper juice, 400g salmon, 1 chives, tomato paste, sugar, 1/2 lemon

Steps:

1. Cut the salmon into chunks, put a little oil in a pan and fry the salmon in a pan.

2. Turn over and fry until golden brown on each side, remove and drain.

3. In another pot, heat the oil and add the black pepper paste, tomato paste and sugar.

4. Simmer until homogeneous sauce.

5. Put the fried salmon in the sauce.

6. Wrap the sauce evenly on the surface of the salmon and squeeze the lemon juice. Finely chop the chives and sprinkle them on the surface of the salmon.

Salmon stew with tofu

Ingredients: 580g salmon, 500g tofu, 1 chives, 1 small piece of ginger, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 sprig of coriander, 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp cooking wine, 1/2 tbsp aged vinegar

Steps:

1. Finely chop the chives, slice the ginger, peel the garlic and pat flat, and cut the coriander into sections.

2. Cut the salmon and tofu into 2cm cubes and set aside.

3. Grease a small amount of oil in a pan and add the salmon and fry until golden brown on both sides.

4. Place the tofu in a pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.

5. Remove the fried salmon and tofu cubes and use kitchen blotting paper to remove the oil from the surface.

6. Leave the oil for frying salmon and tofu in the pan, add green onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Add light soy sauce, bring to a boil over high heat, add the fried salmon cubes and tofu cubes.

8. Add an appropriate amount of water, add dark soy sauce, white sugar, aged vinegar, cooking wine to taste, bring to a boil over high heat, cover the pot, turn to low heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

9. Open the lid, turn to high heat to collect the juice, and sprinkle green onion and coriander on a plate.

Grilled salmon

Ingredients: a piece of salmon, lemon juice, salt, ground black pepper, olive oil, tin foil

Steps:

1. Wash the salmon and dry it with kitchen paper.

2. Spread the square foil flat, pour a little olive oil in the middle and spread well to prevent the fish from getting on the foil during the grilling process.

3. Sprinkle the salmon with salt on both sides and place in the middle of the foil.

4. Sprinkle a layer of pepper on the surface and wrap in tin foil into the oven.

5. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, adjusting according to the thickness of the fish.

6. Remove and open the foil and drizzle with some lemon juice to taste.

Salmon fried rice

Ingredients: 150g salmon, ingredients, cooked rice, 5g light butter, 2g light soy sauce, vegetable oil to taste, 2 slices of lemon

Steps:

1. Dice the salmon, squeeze in a few drops of lemon juice and marinate for about 15 minutes to remove the fishiness.

2. Dice the ingredients. You can freely grasp the pairing of vegetables, such as peas, carrots, cucumbers, onions, etc. instead.

3. In a frying pan over low heat, put a small piece of butter and start melting. Frying salmon in butter can further de-fish.

4. Add the salmon, fry over low heat until slightly yellow, set aside.

5. Pour in cooked rice and stir-fry for about 3 minutes.

6. Add 2g of light soy sauce, stir-fry well and then take out of the pan.
