In the Parrot Ridge Reserve, flocks of butterflies gather at the edge of the stream, absorbing water while discharging water droplets from the tail, the butterfly cools down in this way, while collecting sodium in the water, which will play a role in attracting the opposite sex in the process of courtship.
Lepidoptera insects represented by butterflies are typical metamorphosis, larvae live on branches and leaves, during which it will continue to nibble on leaves, accumulate energy, larvae grow to find a suitable place to pupate, when the time is ripe, break out of the cocoon, successfully transform the butterfly, from then on, dance the miracle of life.
