InterContinental Singapore Robertson Wharf is SCDA's first luxury hotel project in Singapore, which is SCDA's return. Kimpton Bamboo Hotel Suzhou is the work of SCDA, as are the famous Park Hyatt Maldives, Seminyak W Bali, Hanbi Building Nanjing and the hotel architecture of Sanya EDITION.
SCDA has injected new vitality into the original building by linking the interior, exterior façade and adjacent outdoor spaces through different hierarchical designs, with a large area of glass curtain walls and longitudinal light shields to give the overall appearance of the building a new look.
The hotel's welcome lobby is like a large landscaped courtyard, which is exquisite and very atmospheric.
In keeping with the Robertson Wharf trend, the designers introduced a stylish dining concept and commercial space to the hotel's commercial podium (which occupies a full 4 floors), especially the outdoor dining area on the ground floor, integrated with the two streets of Nanson Road and Saiboo Street, where the hotel is located.

In fact, the division of these areas is not obvious, they are used together when eating breakfast, and they will be simply divided when they are different meal times.
The breakfast here will serve some Indian food (Indians make up about 9% of Singapore's population), which is quite interesting!
In the evening, it becomes a combination of Italian restaurant + Italian bar, and their pizza is really super popular! I always sat down by the fire to eat a hot dinner, or I had to pack it...
Nearly a week of rainy weather hindered my visits, but it also gave me plenty of time to explore the interesting places hidden in the tiny Intercontinental Robertson Quay.
