This time Dinkson served as the producer of his new album, for this first experience, Dinkson said: "Before I did not understand what producers should do, as long as I finished the music creation part, I would 'throw the pot' to the producer to produce." The first time as a behind-the-scenes producer, Dinkson said that the surprise was greater than the worry: "The demo of the song 'Masquerade' originally had only a simple guitar accompaniment, and after communicating with the arranger, I originally wanted to make a hoarse and sad rock, but I didn't expect the teacher to help me enrich the gothic style I hear now according to his professionalism, which is cooler than the original." Saint Seiya is Dinkson's favorite anime, whether it is specially integrated into the music of the new album, or the handmade that can be seen everywhere in the home, Dinkson instantly transforms into a hot-blooded anime teenager.
Reflecting on his childhood experience, Dinkson said: "When I was a child, the mall sold genuine models, but the price was too high, and I could only look at it from a distance every time. Once, a classmate in our class brought a model of the Golden Saint Fighter to the school, and the whole school rushed to see it. When I was a kid, I would collect boxes of these models, go home and cut out the characters on the boxes and paste them on my desk and pretend I owned them. In 2009, I came to Beijing, I had the ability to make money, and I began to buy myself a handmade one a month. Then in 12 years, after experiencing a heavy blow in my career, the money I kept to publish the album was also cheated out by others, so I had to sell all the models I collected and go back to my hometown to do business. ”
Before participating in the second season of "The Voice of China" in 2013, Dinkson returned to his hometown of Wuhan to start selling hats in the night market, and during that time he felt that life was without music, like the sky had lost color. "The first thing I did after I became a singer was to buy back all the handicrafts I had sold. Dinkson recalled that when he first arrived in Beijing, he did something that still seems to be "two", that is, to go to the Xidan Library to find the so-called "star teaching materials" and search for "star" occupations through recruitment websites. "Later, I found that no one would teach you how to be a singer at all, and you had to rely on your own experience to explore." I thought, why not write down my experience in Beijing over the past few years? Maybe I can give some advice to young people like me. Dinkson said that it was this original intention that made him insist on creating, and later there was such a collection of essays.
