Korean cold noodles are a traditional Korean summer delicacy made with a combination of cool noodles and rich seasonings. Here is a simple recipe for Korean cold noodles for your reference:
Required materials:
500g Korean cold noodles
2 eggs
2 cucumbers
1 pear
2 red peppers
1 small box of beef fillets
2 scoops gochujang
2 tbsp Korean chili powder (Gochugaru)
2 spoons of Korean soy sauce
2 spoons of Korean vinegar
2 scoops sugar
1 scoop sesame oil
Ice cubes and cold water in moderation
Production steps:
Beat the eggs in a bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper and stir well. Add a small amount of oil to the pan, pour the egg mixture into the pan, spread out into pancakes, fry and cut into thin strips for later use.
Cut the cucumber and pear into thin strips and set aside.
Marinate the beef fillets with a pinch of salt, black pepper and soy sauce for about 5 minutes, then fry in a pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, add Korean hot sauce, chili powder, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and a little water and stir well to make a sauce.
In another large bowl, add some ice cubes and cold water, soak the noodles in the water for about 5 minutes, then drain and put in the prepared sauce and mix well.
Arrange the noodles and egg strips, cucumber strips, pear strips, beef slices and shredded red pepper in a bowl and enjoy.
Notes:
Korean cold noodles are usually sold in Asian supermarkets or Korean food stores.
The proportion of sauce can be adjusted according to personal taste, increasing or decreasing the amount of seasoning.
If you prefer a spicier flavor, add more hot sauce and paprika.
