On the afternoon of October 25, in the magnificent Dai Dunbang "Capital" painting exhibition, the launching ceremony of the 2022 "Light of the Lintel, Scholarly Talents" high-level talent cultural service project and the first "Master Forum" activity in Huangpu District were successfully held.

Knowing that Huangpu District will focus on building the "Light of the Lintel" talent brand, Mr. Dai Dunbang, a famous Chinese painter, director of the Shanghai Artists Association and professor of the Department of Literature and Art of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, specially inscribed Mobao "The Light of the Lintel, Huangpu Talents" as a gift. Wang Qingzhou, member of the Standing Committee of the Huangpu District Party Committee and director of the Organization Department, accepted the plaque on behalf of the District Talent Office.
