Party building leads the construction of mechanisms, weaving a dense "rectification network"
Zhongxing Village gives full play to the leading role of grassroots party organizations, builds a model of "party building + human settlement environment improvement", forms a rectification pattern of "branch leadership, party members take the lead, and villagers participate", and realizes the resonance of grassroots party building and human settlement environment improvement at the same frequency.
On the one hand, establish and improve the rectification work mechanism. Establish a working group for the improvement of the living environment, scientifically divide four grids, implement the responsibility system for each grid, refine the tasks to people, and promote the rectification work according to the area. At the same time, a supervision team composed of villagers' group leaders and women cadres has been set up to adopt the method of "regular inspection and everywhere to be cleared", focusing on solving the pain points and difficult problems in the work of improving the living environment, and effectively achieving rectification, supervision and consolidation of the "three-in-one".

In recent years, Zhongxing Village has always adhered to the people-centered ideology, in accordance with the overall requirements of the superior rectification, with the goal of rural garbage management and village appearance improvement, accelerating the completion of the shortcomings of the improvement of the living environment, and making every effort to create a clean and tidy living environment. In order to better promote the improvement of the living environment, Zhongxing Village relies on the "homestead discussion" mechanism to listen to the villagers' demands and suggestions for the rectification work, and always keep the opinions of the villagers in mind.
In the past, there was a wasteland in the 3 groups of Laocangdai in Zhongxing Village, and the villagers on the Daishang were everywhere, the environment was dirty and messy, and the surrounding villagers complained. For this reason, the secretary of the general party branch of Zhongxing Village took command from the front and led the members of the "two committees" to gnaw off this "hard bone" through a series of measures such as preliminary investigation, propaganda and mobilization, and strengthening rectification.
It is understood that a total of 20 personnel were dispatched to the demolition work, demolished 18 illegal buildings, 1 river structure, and removed 12 tons of various garbage. In addition, Zhongxing Village also discussed the problems existing in the improvement of the living environment by holding villagers' congresses and party group leaders' meetings, and conducted democratic comments, so that "want to participate, willing to participate" has become the consensus of the villagers.
Strengthen publicity and guidance, and weave a "information network"
Zhongxing Village adopts the "online + offline" publicity and guidance method to create an all-round and multi-level rectification atmosphere. Online, village committee staff publish content related to environmental remediation through WeChat groups and electronic screens, actively creating a good atmosphere for everyone to know and participate. Offline, mobilize familiar and influential veteran party members to join the propaganda volunteer service team.
At the village level, through activities such as the practice of civilization in the new era, our festivals, theme party days, and the creation of beautiful gardens, we go door-to-door to publicize policies related to the improvement of the living environment, listen to their demands on environmental improvement, and actively guide them to change their ideological concepts to ensure that every decision on the governance of rural human settlements can be widely supported by the masses. At the same time, we should give full play to the role of party members, villagers' group leaders, grid members, women cadres and other groups to mobilize the enthusiasm of the broad masses of villagers to participate. When encountering villagers who did not cooperate, they repeatedly came to their homes to do ideological work, educated and persuaded them with affection and reason, and guided villagers to change their bad habits and establish a new style.
Nowadays, through the orderly promotion of the rural living environment improvement action, the appearance of Zhongxing Village has been significantly improved, a clean, tidy, beautiful and livable rural environment has been formed, and the villagers' awareness of civilization has also been significantly improved.
