On August 18, U.S. Secretary of State Blinken announced a $1 million disaster relief assistance to Pakistan to help it overcome the challenges posed by the floods. On August 30, the United States announced another $30 million.

On August 23, the European Union announced that it would provide Pakistan with 350,000 euros for humanitarian assistance.

On August 25, the United Nations allocated $3 million from the Central Emergency Response Fund (CERF) to help the affected areas of Pakistan. In addition, the United Nations is seeking an additional $160 million in emergency assistance for flood relief efforts in Pakistan.

On 27 August, the Uk Government announced a £1.5 million flood relief fund for Pakistan.

On August 27, Azerbaijan announced that it would provide $2 million in aid to Pakistan.

On August 28, Irish Foreign Minister Covenny tweeted on social media that Ireland had pledged 500,000 euros in emergency humanitarian funding to Pakistan.

On August 29, Canada announced a $5 million grant for humanitarian assistance to Pakistan.

On August 29, the UAE pledged relief supplies for 20 aircraft to flood victims in the Pakistani region.

On August 29, Qatar announced that it would ship 21,000 food baskets, 5,000 tents and 5,000 hygiene kits to Pakistan through the Qatar Development Foundation.

On August 30, Germany announced two months of food aid to a thousand families in Pakistan's Las Bela district. In addition, Germany announced that it would provide food aid and hygiene products to 60,000 Pakistanis.

On August 30, Turkey delivered relief supplies to Pakistan, including 10,000 food kits, 50,000 sanitary materials and 10,000 baby food kits for the first phase.

On August 30, South Korea announced a $300,000 relief aid to Pakistan.

On August 31, the World Health Organization allocated $10 million for emergency health relief efforts.

On August 31, the Australian government announced that it would provide $2 million in humanitarian aid to Pakistan.

On August 31, Japan announced that it would provide emergency relief supplies, including tents and plastic sheets, to Pakistan through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), in an unknown quantity.

On August 31, Norway announced an allocation of NOK 25 million (US$2.5 million) for emergency relief and food security efforts in Pakistan.

China's donation to Pakistan is relatively timely, as early as the end of July, the Chinese Embassy donated a batch of relief supplies to the hard-hit Balochistan province, including a thousand grain parcels and 300 small solar generators. On August 25, China announced that it would provide Pakistan with 4,000 tents, 50,000 blankets, 50,000 tarpaulins and other reserve materials, and immediately dispatch them. On August 30, China announced that it would provide Pakistan with an additional 100 million yuan ($14.5 million) in aid and an additional batch of humanitarian aid, including 25,000 tents and other urgently needed supplies from Pakistan.
