Located in the West Indies, Grenada is an island nation in the Caribbean.
There are 112,000 people with a literacy rate of 98%. The island covers an area of 134 square miles
English. A minority of the population speaks French and indigenous languages.
Tropical rainforest climate. The dry season is from January to May and the rainy season from June to December, with an average annual temperature of 27°C.
There are weekly direct flights to New York, Miami, Toronto and London, and several direct daily flights to neighbouring Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, and the airport is about 10 km from the city centre.

In August 2013, the Government of Grenada officially passed Act No. 15 of 2013 – Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act; The act came into force on September 2 of the same year;
Under the Act, once an applicant has made an investment approved by the Government, the applicant and his or her family members may apply for Citizenship of Grenada.
1) Donate at least $150,000 to the National Transformation Fund (NTF);
2) Invest in government-designated real estate projects with an amount of more than 350,000 US dollars for 5 years.
- Be at least 18 years old;
- No criminal record;
- Pass the necessary medical examination;
- Pass a background check;
- Completion of investments required by the Act;
- Spouse of the main applicant
- Children under the age of 18 of the principal or his/her spouse
- Full-time, financially ill-independent children of the principal applicant or his/her spouse between the ages of 18 and 30;
- Children of the main applicant or his/her spouse who are physically or mentally unsound at least 18 years of age and who reside with the main applicant and are under the sole authority of the main applicant;
- Parents or grandparents of the main applicant or his/her spouse who are over the age of 55 and live with the main applicant and are supported by the main applicant;
- The unmarried, childless siblings of the Lord.

03 Accept background checks and obtain letters of approval in principle;
