Kazanlak: Romance and heaviness go hand in hand
Located in central Bulgaria, Kazanlak has been cultivating Damascus roses on a large scale since the 17th century, and has been growing for 400 years. Every year in late spring and early summer, the valleys around the city are full of colors, countless roses compete for color, and the fragrance of flowers infiltrates the whole city.
Bulgaria has 10 World Heritage Sites, and among its many World Heritage Sites, the Rose Valley of Changzanlak is the most distinctive. The harmonious convergence of historical Athens and romantic humanities has created a world-famous tourist destination.
