Organization in place, early arrangements. Longwu Town has set up a leading group for the collection of urban and rural pension insurance, and established a full-coverage collection system for village (community) cadres to pack villages and group cadres to pack groups. As early as March, a meeting was held to promote the collection and payment of two insurances in 2022, and special training was conducted for the specific management personnel of each village (community) on the collection business, laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive completion of the task of urban and rural residents' pension insurance participation and payment.
The publicity is in place and well known. In order to expand the awareness rate of the masses' policies, Longwu Town used the "Seven Clarifications" of the Epidemic Prevention and Control Command Office in March and the "Knocking Action" working group of the Party Building Office in May to enter the household and publicize the pension insurance policy for the benefit of the people. And through the "Xiangxiang Longwu" WeChat public account, hanging banners, street publicity, village ringing, publicity columns, telephone notices, distribution of publicity brochures and other ways to publicize the relevant policies of urban and rural residents' pension insurance to the masses. For special groups such as the disabled and the minimum guarantee, we will give a detailed introduction to the individual payment standards, government subsidy standards, government payments, and premium collection methods, explain the policies clearly to the masses, let the masses see the benefits clearly, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the masses. At the same time, guide the masses to use the "Yunnan Electronic Taxation Bureau" WeChat public account, Yunnan Agricultural Credit APP, Alipay and other ways to pay fees, simplify the work process, and improve work efficiency.
Accurate collection, high efficiency. The Labor and Social Security Institute of Longwu Town carefully sorted out the population base, personnel structure and social insurance participation of each village (community), updated the uninsured roster, the unpaid roster, and the paid roster once every Monday, and sent it to each village (community) to accurately grasp the payment situation of each person and lay a solid foundation for the collection of pension insurance.
You chase me and don't fall behind. In order to complete the task of pension insurance collection on time and in an all-round way, Longwu Town grasps the time node, grasps the key points of work, and during the centralized collection period, every Monday to report the progress of pension insurance collection in each village (community), praise the villages in the first three of the work, report and criticize the villages that have not increased the progress of the last three and no increase, and at the same time increase the supervision and inspection of the progress of the participation and payment of the insurance in each village, and strive to urge the villages to accelerate the completion of the insurance progress and improve the participation rate of the masses. Efforts should be made to form a good situation in which the collection of old-age insurance for urban and rural residents is urgently exceeded. Up to now, Longwu Town has completed the collection of urban and rural basic pension insurance premiums for 6036 people, and the participation rate has reached 54.37%.
