This magical exoskeleton is from Beijing Tiejia Steel Fist Technology Co., Ltd., and the founder of the company is Wang Chao, who is only 28 years old. When he started his business, he was a sophomore.

The movie "Iron Man" is a young memory for many people. Wang Chao, who is still a junior high school student, also dreamed of becoming "Iron Man" after watching the movie, turning those in the movie into reality. The following year, Wang Chao began to try to make the prototype of the exoskeleton, and even before the college entrance examination, he did not stop this hobby. After finishing the college entrance examination, Wang Chao made his first exoskeleton prototype. Although there is only one arm, it can assist in pull-ups with one hand.

After going to college, Wang Chao continued to spend his spare time delving into this "robot". In 2014, Wang Chao made the world's first exoskeleton arm with power wrapped around the finger. This set of exoskeleton arm concept machine is also a bit bulky, weighing 14 kg, which can increase the arm strength by 60 kgf and the grip force by 40 kgf. In 2015, Wang Chao made a full-body power exoskeleton concept machine, which is not just a mechanical arm, but wraps the upper and lower limbs, and with the prototype of a robot, it can run and carry heavy objects.

Wang Chao introduced that the flexible mechanical exoskeleton system is like the exoskeleton of an insect. When people wear this set of equipment on their bodies and carry heavy objects, they are actually working with a mechanical arm, and the human arm only needs to use a small amount of force. Carrying a refrigerator is like carrying a laptop. This set of exoskeletons can also be used in the fields of disability, military, and industrial, such as helping people with leg disabilities to go upstairs on their own, so that soldiers can walk like flying, run without obstacles, and will not fatigue.

In 2016, Wang Chao set up his own company, Beijing Tiejia Steel Fist Technology Co., Ltd., and got the first order - cooperation with JD Logistics to "support" the front-line employees of express delivery. Guo Yaxing, who is not yet 30 years old this year, is the director of the technical department of the reconstruction and rehabilitation project of the workers' stadium of the Construction Engineering Group. The worker's body has a special emotion and meaning for him and all his colleagues.

In 1959, the older generation of Beijing construction workers completed the construction of the Beijing Workers' Stadium, one of the top ten buildings in New China, in only 15 months. More than 60 years later, the task of renovation and reconstruction fell on the shoulders of young builders of the new era such as Guo Yaxing. This is a tribute and inheritance, but also an expectation and innovation.

"Traditional appearance, modern venue", the positioning of only 8 words undoubtedly puts forward higher requirements for builders.

How to innovate the process on the basis of restoring the traditional appearance? The construction team boldly chose the minimalist style of clear-water concrete without carved beams and paintings and no ornate decorations, which echoed the masculine beauty of sports on display in the sports arena.

Clear water concrete is poured and formed at one time, saving the cost of secondary decoration, which is both cost-saving and environmentally friendly and beautiful, but it is not easy to implement. Only the clear water concrete formwork processing drawings, Guo Yaxing and the team spent nearly 3 months to draw more than 10,000 sheets. In the end, 100,000 square meters of clear water formwork was accurately constructed, and all pouring was done at one time.

The total planned construction area of the new workers' stadium is 385,000 square meters, of which two-thirds are located underground, and as much as 278,000 square meters. It is precisely because of this that from the layout of the tower crane to the production and installation of the grandstand board and the operation of the curtain wall, the construction organization design of each process needs to be repeatedly considered.

Metro Line 3 and Line 17 will meet seamlessly with the venue in the future, but bring about process constraints between the two types of engineering construction. Since the connection area is located exactly at the location of the shaft of the subway construction, after repeated verification, Guo Yaxing and his colleagues abandoned the traditional construction method of angle bracing and support, and chose the integrated pit design and construction of the subway, which not only ensured their respective progress, but also saved more than 4 months of construction time.

The intelligent system of the new worker body also makes Guo Yaxing quite proud. Before the technical plan was determined, Guo Yaxing and his colleagues investigated many stadiums, and after many technical discussions, they finally finalized the use of international advanced anchor grass technology to implant 5% of artificial grass on the basis of 95% of natural grass. Anchor grass is tied down 18 cm and equipped with drainage, heating, ventilation and other systems to ensure the durability of natural grass.

Since it is the country's first professional turf system for underground stadiums, there is no experience to learn from, and the construction team also built an experimental base in Shunyi. Guo Yaxing will take a look at it from time to time, expecting this domestic turf to be laid on the workers' stadium as soon as possible.

Guo Yaxing is also the secretary of the regiment branch of the workers' sports project, organizing and managing 11 youth commandos. More than 90% of the team are young people under the age of 35, who dare to rush forward and face difficulties, and are moving towards the goal of full completion in December this year and the 2023 Asian Cup.

Inside the Beijing Aerospace Flight Control Center, a tall, thin man with a furrowed brow, wearing a headset, stared at the screen. Heaven and earth interact, gripping. With the successful implementation of tasks such as unlocking the space station's robotic arm, crawling in orbit and out-of-cabin inspection, the young man stood up and hugged his colleagues with excitement and tears. It worked!

The young man's name is Liang Changchun, 34 years old, the chief designer of the mechanical arm control system of the space station of the Fifth Academy of Aerospace Science and Technology Group. For nearly a decade, his youth has been dedicated to this space "changeable god arm".

The association with aerospace is a beautiful "accident". Before graduating from Tongji University with a master's degree, Liang Changchun accompanied the student to participate in the propaganda meeting of China Aerospace Science and Technology Group, which ignited the dream of spaceflight.

After entering the overall design department of the Fifth Academy of Aerospace, Liang Changchun quickly received a "big order" - installing a "brain" for the Chang'e-5 sampling robot arm. Aerospace products have strict weight limits, and while "weight reduction", it is also necessary to ensure that the movement is fine in millimeters. This slender robotic arm like a fishing rod gave the team a big problem.

There is no precedent to follow, Liang Changchun plunged into the laboratory, more than a year, repeatedly pushed down, experimented, and finally wrote thousands of lines of MATLAB program code, forming the first generation of SPACE robotic arm control algorithm SIMULINK model library.

Chance, only once! There can be no mistakes. After Chang'e 5 landed on the moon, the time to complete the lunar mission was only 48 hours.

In order to be foolproof, Liang Changchun simulated the lunar environment, experimented hundreds of times, and prepared all conceivable failures. Uncertain about the density of the lunar soil, they set a variety of parameters to let the "arm" adjust the "force" according to the touch. Deep drilling, shallow drilling, shoveling, digging, and sandwiching soil, about 1.7 kilograms of "Moon Palace Specialties" are encapsulated and brought back.

The challenges are endless.

Since 2016, Liang Changchun has simultaneously designed a control system for the large robotic arm of the Chinese space station. This "Hercules Arm" must be able to carry a large 25-ton module, but also be able to quickly and dynamically capture hovering aircraft. However, the carrier rocket has restrictions on the size of the robot arm, and the light weight and flexibility and the full coverage of the working surface have become a contradiction.

Every day he was "brainstorming", the drawings were like snowflakes, Liang Changchun even dreamed of a mechanical arm, and his family said that he was already "magic". Finally, one day, the team took inspiration from the drawing compass to design two feet (hands) for this robotic arm - an end effector, a brain - a central controller, and 7 joints, the most realistic restoration of the human arm. Leaning against the "footprints" (target adapters) set on the bulkhead, this arm is more than ten meters long and can even cover the entire cabin to "crawl".

Every leap has to go through countless times of bulldozing and restarting. Liang Changchun said that "returning to zero" is the most torturous, and when there is a problem in the experiment, they must trace the source, learn from each other, and start again. In the field of aerospace science and technology, there is a word called "the back wall does not fall", which means that we must "conquer the mountain" at the specified time. Therefore, every "zeroing" means working overtime and catching up with progress.

In order to ensure that the robotic arm flight program is foolproof, a total of 23 versions of the key flight procedures have been drafted before and after. Liang Changchun often deduced the procedure until the middle of the night, and could not go home, but his wife could only take on the heavy responsibility of taking care of the young children. In his view, aerospace engineering can not tolerate failure and regret, "only a perfect process can lead to a perfect result." ”

At the beginning of 2019, a research institute that was still in the preparatory stage threw an "olive branch" to Tang Lin.

Almost without any entanglement, Tang Lin gave up the relatively comfortable jobs and enviable income of well-known foreign companies, became a member of the Beijing Microchip Blockchain and Edge Computing Research Institute, and devoted herself to the research and development of the first independent and controllable blockchain software and hardware technology system in the mainland.

At that time, although blockchain had become an important digital information infrastructure in the fields of global data transactions, financial settlement, international trade, government affairs and people's livelihood, the mainland had not yet realized the independence of blockchain technology.

Cast Chinese your own "chain"! Tang Lin is full of ambition: to be able to do something for the country, the opportunity is rare.

Research and development has entered a tense stage, and staying up late and working overtime until the early hours of the morning has become the norm. The notebook here is typing code, the computer screen over there is debugging the program, Tang Lin and more than 200 team partners are racing against the clock, fully engaged in the research and development of independent blockchain technology. In the morning, I sat in front of the computer, like breaking through the thorny troubles encountered in software development, and then looked up, the hour hand had quietly moved to four or five o'clock in the early morning of the next day.

"A lot of good ideas, if we don't do it, will be seized by foreign competitors." To seize the forefront of technology and maintain technological leadership, you must constantly put pressure on yourself and quickly implement ideas. "There is no day and night of hard work, just to realize the moment when the dream of full autonomy and controllability is realized."

That moment finally arrived on January 27, 2021. The first independent and controllable blockchain software and hardware technology system "Chang'an Chain" in China was officially released, and the transaction processing capacity reached 100,000 TPS, which is equivalent to processing 100,000 transactions per second, ranking the world's leading level.

The iterative development of Changan Chain has never stopped. Following the initial release of Changan Chain version 1.0, in March 2022, Changan Chain version 2.2 was released to the public, during which 11 different versions were iteratively launched, and each version will have new technical features added.

Whenever she heard someone mention the three words "Chang'an Chain" outside, Tang Lin would immediately prick up her ears and feel full of pride in her heart.

Changan Chain should not only be used better, but also used better and applied to more fields. In the middle of 2021, Tang Lin's focus of work shifted and began to be responsible for the application promotion and ecological construction of the Chang'an Chain.

What is Blockchain? Many customers are confused, and everyone's face is full of question marks.

Some people even suggest that blockchain is not a scam? The initial business promotion became a popular science lecture. Tang Lin opened the computer and started from the most basic blockchain theoretical knowledge.

The second time I went to promote, customers began to change from simply listening to lectures to asking questions around Tang Lin. What are the advantages of Changan Chain?
