Imaging manifestations: slightly kyphosis of the cervical spine, narrowing of the C4/5 intervertebral space, increased T2 signal, peripheral exudation, thickening of the anterior soft tissues of the spine, and a small amount of gas accumulation. C4 and 5 vertebral body signals are reduced, and the relative margin bone is destroyed.
