Recruitment positions
1. Storyboarder
(Full-time or project-based, salary negotiable)
• Job Description:
1. According to the requirements of the script and the director, independently complete the production of storyboards and dynamic storyboards that meet the requirements of the specifications.
2. Discuss the plot with the executive director, and adjust the script, storyboard and pre-dubbing according to the director's opinion.
3. Participate in screenwriting meetings to provide suggestions and sketch references for story development.
• Job Requirements:
1. Full-time working day, office location: Beijing.
2. Love animation, have strong art skills and professional knowledge, solid background in lens language, familiar with 3D animation production process.
3. Proficiency in using storyboard drawing software, with additional points for those who have experience in making layout or animation in Maya.
4. Have participated in at least 1 or more work related to the storyboarding of more than 1 online film or animation project, and excellent project experience is preferred.
5. College degree or above, art, animation and film and television related majors are preferred, and those who have original personal works will receive additional points.
2. Asset Director
(Project system, salary negotiable)
• Job Description:
1. Responsible for technical decisions for all asset departments, including models, texture materials and bindings.
2. Work with the Animation Supervisor and Visual Effects Supervisor to determine how to use 3D display resources to achieve production goals.
3. The production team that manages the assets during the project cycle, supervises the production plan and quality assurance.
4. Collaborate with project leaders and artists to provide technical guidance at the hardware and project level to maintain continuity and efficiency in the project workflow.
• Job Requirements:
1.More than 4 years of industry experience, more than 2 years of film special effects asset director or asset team leader experience.
2. Proficient in character modeling, materials or binding, proficient in MAYA and related asset production software.
3. Cooperate with the previous settings to assist in the design of the design assets required in the film project.
4. Familiar with the upstream and downstream quality inspection process of assets, be able to efficiently convey guidance and management of production personnel and projects, give modification opinions to the parts that do not meet the submitted standards, supervise and assist in modification.
3. Animation Director
(Project system, salary negotiable)
• Job Description:
1. Have good performance ability, design the performance of the role according to the script with the director, and serve the director group.
2. Do a good job in animation project management, control the quality, have good communication skills, and coordinate various departments.
3. Review the production team to submit the results, clear feedback and modification opinions, and complete the task with quality and quantity.
4. Familiar with the whole process of 3D animation film production, optimize the workflow and production scheme of animation modules.
• Job Requirements:
1. Film and television, animation editing and directing related majors, understand the three-dimensional animation production process, and have the experience of film and television animation films and long-form series animation film directors is preferred.
2.More than 5 years of film and television animation experience, more than 2 years of team management experience, experience in the production of cinema animation films or high-quality animation drama projects is preferred.
3. Proficient in lens movement, character animation, expression animation and animation performance.
4. Visual Effects Director
(Project system, salary negotiable)
• Job Description:
1. Fully responsible for the visual effects work of the animation project, formulate the production process, standards and implementation plan of the lighting, special effects, synthesis and other links, and can work with TD to improve the production process and review process.
2. Give a clear mid-term picture solution according to the pre-design, review the outsourced production of the lens to provide a direct solution to the problem lens submitted by the production team.
3. The co-ordinating team completes the lens screen according to the standard, improves the work process, and completes the project progress on time.
• Job Requirements:
1. Not less than 5 years of visual effects work experience, more than 3 years of film and television animation industry work experience, not less than 1 year of team management experience, participated in the production of first-class animation projects at home and abroad is preferred.
2. Strong grasp of the overall project, good aesthetic sense.
3. Be able to control the overall production process of the project and solve various visual effects production problems in a timely manner.
4. Have a high sense of responsibility and good working attitude, have plan management ability and efficient execution, have team spirit and excellent communication and coordination skills.
5. Director
(Project system, salary negotiable)
• Job Description:
1. Responsible for promoting the production of 3D animation projects, cooperating with the general director, doing a good job in animation project management, controlling the quality of animation projects, and familiar with the creative intentions of the general director;
2. Provide advice on story content and script, make directing explanations for storyboarders, artists and animators, review dynamic storyboarding, layout, animation and other work, and supervise the quality of animation projects;
3. Can draw the storyboard independently, and the dynamic storyboard can be finally clipped;
4. Make clear instructions and requirements for dialogue, music, sound effects and other work and supervise the review;
5. Need to have a certain artistic background, able to audit assets and assets in three-dimensional use of the problems that may arise;
• Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with the three-dimensional animation production process, with the experience and ability of animation executive director;
2. 7. Screenwriter

• Job Requirements:
1. A lover of words, with solid literary literacy and writing skills;
2. More than 3 years of work experience, at least 1 film or animation project screenwriter related work;
