According to reports, the fourth competition has set up an annual special unit "Wonderful Asian Games, Charm Hangzhou", continuing "travel to the world, discover China", "in China, record you and me", "livable city, beautiful countryside", "eat China, eat all over the world" four theme units, for domestic and foreign film and television media units, Chinese and foreign creator teams and individuals, collect multi-theme, multilingual, multi-form Chinese theme short videos. The competition has more than 70 awards and more than 200,000 yuan in prize money, which is committed to contributing to leading and promoting the creation of the industry.

The competition is hosted by CIPG, co-organized by the Publicity Department of the Hangzhou Municipal Party Committee, and hosted by CIPG International Media. It is understood that since 2019, the "Third Eye china" international short video competition has been held for three consecutive sessions.
