BYD Semiconductor said that at present, the product has passed the test and certification of many brand end customers and has been shipped in batches. According to reports, a major feature of BYD Semiconductor's BM114 series products is that it has overcurrent detection terminals, which can greatly reduce the impact of temperature changes by using precision resistance detection with external low resistance values, and achieve high-precision overcurrent detection, which currently meets the ±1mV, which is higher than the industry requirements. At the same time, it adopts DFN1.6*1.9-6L package, which can completely replace international mainstream brands with pin-pins.

BYD Semiconductor pointed out that the company's battery protection chips have been mass-produced and shipped since 2005, mainly used in mobile phones, notebooks, smart watches, bracelets, TWS headphones, as well as sweepers, vacuum cleaners, electric bicycles, power tools and other batteries.

Up to now, BYD's semiconductor battery protection chip series products have been supplied in large quantities to Xiaomi, OPPO, Samsung, Amazon, DJI, Harman, Coworth and other domestic and foreign brands.

Zimi's ZMI GaN3 charger 30W, launched on April 26, is officially on sale today, with an initial price of 69 yuan. The ZMI GaN3 Charger 30W uses the third generation GaN Gallium Nitride material, which is smaller than the second generation, and is about 40% of the volume of the Apple 30W charger. At the same time, it can also maintain low heat generation when charging at high power, automatically open fast charging when charging low power, and automatically switch to trickle charging when fully charged. Support 100-240V wide voltage, covering most of the world's regions and cities.
