For the fight against the new crown, Zhang Jidong has rich experience. He once supported Wuhan Leishenshan Hospital as the general leader of the eighth batch of medical teams in Shanghai, but even so, he also admitted to the first financial reporter that this time the battle in Shanghai was more difficult to fight than Wuhan!

"Because you don't know where the enemy is, this virus (Omilon) has a very insidious and extremely strong transmission route, although it causes much less lung damage to patients than it did two years ago." Zhang Jidong told the first financial reporter.

It is not difficult for the new crown to turn negative for the elderly to care for the elderly

According to Zhang Jidong, the proportion of patients over 60 years old is as high as 80%, of which most patients are also accompanied by diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, COPD and cerebral infarction sequelae and other chronic diseases, some long-term bedridden, need special care. Therefore, in addition to treating the new crown, the medical team also needs to treat patients with various basic diseases that are difficult to cure and prevent complications.

According to Zhang Jidong, many elderly people originally had nursing staff at home to take care of them, and after being transferred to the hospital, they could not follow them, and others were not familiar with the situation of the elderly. "Many elderly people come from home or pension institutions, the possibility of returning to the nursing home in the short term after the yin is not very likely, it is also difficult to admit to other non-designated hospitals, the medical resources of non-designated hospitals are also very tight, and the elderly may face the situation of no one to take care of them when they go home, so for the elderly who cannot find a place to go after turning to yin, we still let them continue to treat and live in designated hospitals according to basic diseases." At present, the beds of Zhoupu Hospital are still operating at full capacity, but fortunately, many square cabin hospitals have been transferred to quasi-designated hospitals, which has alleviated the bed pressure of designated hospitals to a certain extent.

Zhang Jidong issued data to the first financial reporter that Zhoupu Hospital usually approved 600 beds, up to 700 open to about 700, has now been expanded to the maximum extent, up to 1100 beds, currently open to 860 beds.

Zhang Jidong said that the bed-to-bed ratio of the isolation ward ICU is 1:6, and it usually takes 1:2.5, treating the same number of patients, and the medical and nursing equipment of the designated hospital is twice as high as that of the ordinary hospital. On the other hand, as the municipal hospital with the richest medical resource reserves, it is also necessary to "supply blood" to all parties in the case of its own "non-combat attrition". Zhang Jidong's "non-combat attrition" refers to the fact that if medical care is found to be positive or close or sub-close, it is also necessary to isolate, otherwise it is easy to have a "regiment extinction"; and "blood supply" is mainly the sinking of resources of municipal hospitals, and the parties that need "blood transfusion" include the district designated hospitals paired with municipal hospitals, the square cabin hospitals, the designated hospitals transformed in their own sub-hospitals, and the outpatient emergency and hospitalization of the mother hospitals, etc., which all require a lot of manpower.
