When the residents arrived one after another, the staff greeted them warmly, patiently answered questions, and smoothly handled the delivery procedures for everyone.

According to reports, the Xiaoyang community started the transformation in 2014, adopting the resettlement model of "demolition before construction". The resettlement area is divided into two districts, A and B, according to the municipal road from east to west, with a total of 21 buildings and 1,110 houses, and a total of 6 types of houses, with an area of 70 square meters to 120 square meters. The community has a beautiful environment, with a green area of nearly 40%, equipped with storage rooms and underground parking spaces. In November last year, the community successfully completed the ceremony of drawing lots and dividing houses.
