"Qingtian Paradigm" is a new theory of art township construction proposed by Professor Qu Yan of the Institute of Urban and Rural Art Construction of Guangdong University of Technology and Professor Qu Yan of the College of Art and Design of Guangdong University of Technology and the practice of Qingtian Township in Xingtan, Shunde, which is based on respect for the local knowledge of Qingtian Countryside and emphasizes the locality (special case) of the Qingtian Paradigm (experience). The nine veins unfolded by the main line formed a complete system into Qingtian Township, formed contemporary cultural values and social forms, and established a colorful "rural community" society.

It is understood that the "Report on the Development of China's Rural Culture Construction (2018-2021)" written by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Chinese Cultural Research Center was written by the Cultural Blue Book, inviting 20 scholars and practitioners from philosophy, sociology, anthropology, art, psychology, architecture, statistics and other multidisciplinary fields to summarize and assemble new explorations and new achievements on China's rural cultural construction from 2018 to 2021.
