January 24th adjustment
In the January 24th tweak, Arthur received an epic boost:
Enhanced General Attack Time Increased: Originally, after using a skill, Arthur's Time to Enhance General Attack was 3 seconds, but after adjustment, the time to strengthen General Attack was increased to 5 seconds. Acceleration time increased: The acceleration time obtained after using a skill is also increased to 5 seconds, but the acceleration effect continues to decay from the initial non-decay. Silence Time: Silence is Arthur's signature skill, which is directly increased by 50% at once, from 1 second to 1.5 seconds.
The two points that are most reinforced are the first is the silence time, and the second is the duration of one skill.
Everyone knows that the use of a skill is: use a skill to obtain a boosted general attack with a movement speed bonus, additional damage, marking effect, and silence effect.
So after strengthening, Arthur has a very convenient ability to play 3 seconds of silence. There is also an important point here - Arthur's CD time is the same as the duration after the completion of a skill, which allows Arthur to gain another ability to use a skill continuously even if he does not have a CD.
In summary, I said that such an adjustment is unlikely to be synchronized to the official service.
Adjustment on February 25th
In the adjustment on February 25th, the planner adjusted the silence time of a skill to 1.25 seconds, an increase of 0.25 seconds compared with the formal service, and a weakening of 0.25 seconds compared to the previous adjustment of the experience suit, which is a compromise.
So, after such a weakening, what is the strength of arthur who is likely to launch the official service with the data of the current experience suit in the future? Can it successfully restore the dignity of the façade hero?

What can Arthur do now?
To know the strength of a hero, we need to know what he can do, so what can Arthur do now?
First of all, Arthur can play as an auxiliary, out of the whole meat, standing next to the core c position, no matter who comes, 2.5 seconds of silence in a row few heroes can eat. Second, Arthur can play Extreme Silence Stream when the output is played. A skill limit cd is 3 seconds, the duration is 1.25 seconds, if we can get stuck to the limit time, we can do silence for 1.25 seconds, then use a skill silence for 1.25 seconds, wait for 3 seconds and then use a skill, so that you can actually silence the opponent for 3.75 seconds in 5.5 seconds.
So Arthur can do a lot of things now, so how strong is he?
How strong was Arthur?
If you look at all the dan positions, after strengthening, Arthur can ensure that there are still not many confrontation road heroes who have fought, and the current confrontation road heroes are all able to fight and resist.
And if you look at the top of the ranking, Arthur can play a greater role, whether it is Guan Yu, or Yuan Ge, or Ma Chao, continuous silence can play a greater role.
Simply put, in a regular game, Arthur will not be too effective when facing heroes like Lü Bu and Armor, but if the opponent he faces is dependent on skills to eat, the body will be much better if he is relatively brittle.
Summary: Arthur did improve a lot, but his positioning should be more targeted.
Predict Arthur's prospects
In my judgment, Arthur is more likely to go through the blue-collar or auxiliary after strengthening (with future hardcovers), so that the effect of silence can be maximized and not affected by weaker line ability.
To sum up: as the façade of the glory of the king, I personally don't mind Arthur being stronger, and at present, this adjustment, I think it is OKAY, it should be above that level, but there is also a chance to counter the hero.
