In order to strengthen the cultural exchange and cooperation of urban study rooms, improve the service level of urban study rooms and reading alliance points outside the library, fully absorb private forces, jointly promote the service innovation of urban and rural public reading spaces, and comprehensively promote the prosperity and development of public cultural service systems, Xixia District will integrate reading resources, especially urban reading resources, and establish the Xixia District Urban Reading Alliance. The establishment of the Xixia District Urban Study Room Alliance will effectively promote resource sharing, interconnection and win-win cooperation between the various study rooms and reading alliance points in Xixia District, serve the reading of the whole people with higher quality, work together to build the brand of Books In Xixia, create the "Xixia District Urban Study Book Reading Alliance" brand, regularly release urban reading innovation service cases, and enhance the influence of urban cultural brands in Xixia District.
